Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns courteously and respectfully.
• Utilize strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Analyze customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Provide support and guidance to customers via email and phone calls.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed customer service metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
• Identify and escalate critical customer issues to management.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience working in a call center or office environment.
• Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Client services experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 40 per week
