Job SummaryReporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the IT Manager will oversee all aspects of our company's IT infrastructure, procurement, helpdesk, security, and overall technology strategy. This position will begin as an individual contributor with the intent to build out a robust team through 2025 to meet the needs of the growing company. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and advancement of the IT systems to support the growth and efficiency of Stateside Brands with approximately 150 employees.
Key Responsibilities IT Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the maintenance, upgrade, and management of all IT systems, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of all IT infrastructure.
- Lead the infrastructure planning and execution for the company's new headquarters, currently under construction.
- Manage the procurement process for all IT hardware, software, and services.
- Maintain productive relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure cost-effective and quality products and services.
- Create an IT helpdesk system and eventually build out a team to provide timely and effective technical support to all employees.
- Implement and monitor helpdesk processes and ticketing systems to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
- Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures in conjunction with 3rd party providers.
- Ensure the protection of company data and IT systems from threats and vulnerabilities.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement the company’s IT strategy.
- Identify and recommend new technologies and improvements to drive business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain thorough documentation of IT systems, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management, with 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in overseeing IT infrastructure, procurement, helpdesk, and cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of network and server management, cloud computing, and IT security best practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work on-site at our Philadelphia Headquarters 5 days per week. This is not a remote position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, but priority will be placed on relevant years of experience.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, PMP, ITIL, or equivalent are a plus.
- Base salary range of $100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
