Position Available: Fine Jewelry Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• 1-2 years of experience in luxury sales to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with customers on custom designs, providing expert guidance and personalized service to create unique pieces that fulfill their vision.
• Demonstrate expertise in jewelry and diamond appraisal, documenting details such as gemstone identification, metal purity, weight, and unique characteristics to prepare comprehensive appraisal reports.
• Conduct thorough assessments of jewelry items brought in for appraisals, ensuring accuracy and precision.
• Collaborate with insurance providers to streamline the insurance process for clients, ensuring all documentation meets policy requirements.
• Evaluate repairs and service requirements for luxury jewelry and watches, maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
• Support efforts in loss prevention to safeguard our inventory and maintain a secure shopping environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fine luxury sales, with a strong understanding of jewelry and diamond appraisal processes.
• Knowledgeable in gemstone identification, metal purity standards, and appraisal documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
