Staub Precision Machine, a leading manufacturer in Hamburg is looking to hire a Deburr Technician to join our manufacturing team

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Utilize small hand tools and specialized equipment to perform assembly tasks with precision and accuracy, maintaining high standards of workmanship.

· Demonstrate exceptional manual dexterity by effectively positioning and manipulating parts to achieve optimal assembly results.

· Perform finishing or deburring tasks under a microscope on parts after machining processes, ensuring smooth and polished surfaces that meet quality standards.

· Conduct thorough visual and/or metric inspections of finished parts to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.

· Possess both strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail to identify and address any assembly issues or discrepancies, contributing to the overall quality of the finished product.

· Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate closely with team members in a supportive and cooperative environment to achieve production goals.

· Detail-oriented with a passion for manufacturing and assembly work.

Requirements
- Experience in deburring or similar role preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficiency in using calipers and other measuring tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
