Job Summary :

Stavtar is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SaaS B2B Onboarding Specialist to join our Customer Success team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience for our new StavPay clients, guiding them through the initial setup, training, and implementation.

This role requires excellent communication, project management skills, technical aptitude, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Onboarding :

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new StavPay clients.
• Conduct onboarding sessions, including product demonstrations and training.
• Assist clients in configuring and customizing the software to meet their specific needs.
• Ensure all necessary documentation and account setups are completed accurately and timely.

Customer Support :

• Provide ongoing support to new clients during the onboarding phase.
• Address and resolve clients' issues or concerns during the setup process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients until they are fully onboarded.

Training and Education :

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new clients.
• Create and maintain onboarding materials, including guides, tutorials, and FAQs.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure they are comfortable using the software.

Collaboration :

• Work closely with the Sales team to understand client needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with the Product and Development teams to communicate client feedback and suggest product improvements.
• Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to ongoing support.

Performance Tracking :

• Monitor and track onboarding metrics to assess the success of the onboarding process.
• Collect client feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Report on onboarding progress and client satisfaction to management.

Qualifications : Education :

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

Experience :

• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
• Proven track record of successful client onboarding and implementation.

Skills :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Proficiency in using CRM and project management tools.
