Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest room supplies
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks
- Empty trash containers and replace liners
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
Note: This position may require working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks at hand. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of cleanliness.
