SUMMARY:
Responsible to ensure that all guest and public areas of the hotel are properly stocked and cleaned with the appropriate amenities in accordance with franchise and corporate standards
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBLIITIES:
Aids the General Manager in the supervision of the Housekeeping Department
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
TRAINING NEEDS:
Training in providing quality guest service, training in the hotel's housekeeping policies and procedures, training in the hotels housekeeping standards and practices

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
WORK ENVIORNMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and extreme heat. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and toxic or caustic chemicals.
