Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team at a hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
- Handle reservations and cancellations
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions

Skills:
- Preferred experience working at the front desk of a hotel but not necessary
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Familiarity with hospitality management practices
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Understanding of hotel management operations
