Overview:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Laundry Attendant to join our team. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel linens and guest laundry are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities:

- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute hotel linens and guest laundry

- Operate commercial laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines

- Inspect linens for stains or damage and pre-treat as necessary

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary

- Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of soiled linens

- Ensure all laundry areas are clean, organized, and free of safety hazards

- Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred

- Knowledge of proper laundry handling techniques

- Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy loads

Please note that this position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
