What you will be doing:

• Working a variety of hours accross different of days and times, including weekends.
• Learning and retaining an all round knowledge of our reception tasks and procedures.
• Providing excellent experiences, not shy to go above and beyond to personalise our guests stay and provide your local know-how to enhance their experience.
• Showcasing your ability to work well both under pressure and as part of a team, always with guests best interest in mind.
• Demonstrating clear and open communication at all times through verbal, written and body language
• Responding in a proactive manner when it comes to resolving any guest issues that may arise.
• Taking a flexible and adaptable appraoch at all times, willing to undertake occasional F&B tasks such as bar service and clearing tables during breakfast.

Experience working as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent is beneficial but not essential. If you possess the ability to navigate through challenges with a blend of kindness and clarity, we'd love to hear from you!
