STC CONSTRUCTION COMPANY is Hiring a New Home Sales Consultant Near Edmond, OK
A top local home building company in the Edmond area is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our growing team. We currently build homes in Edmond, Piedmont, Yukon, Newcastle, Goldsby, and Enid. Our benefits package includes 2 weeks' vacation, 7 paid holidays, 100% paid health insurance, plus we offer Delta Dental, Colonial Insurance, VSP, and a simple IRA retirement plan with up to a 3% employer match. This position includes a base, plus substantial commission opportunity.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage, generate and close sales by utilizing model homes and local resources
- Initiate marketing ideas and assist in coordinating client functions
- Market the community and company by participation in local events and realtors
- Build confidence with potential clients by selling features, benefits, and our company
- Tour and demonstrate model homes and home sites
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients throughout construction
- Maintain daily model home appearance
- Maintain client interest by effectively using listening and negotiating skills
- Open and close the models and inventory homes
- Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective buyers and clients
- Record, Track, Maintain and follow up with all prospects utilizing the CRM
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commissioned sales
- Ability to work weekend hours
- Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal and analytical skills
- A solid work ethic, integrity, with a strong customer focus
- Professional attitude, appearance and presentation
- Friendly, approachable demeanor
- Possess self-motivation and initiative, including a willingness to learn and the ability to assimilate new information on an ongoing basis
- Reliable transportation
- Computer Literate
- Cell phone
A real estate license is NOT required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24,000.00 per year
