Steadfast Employment is Hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager Near Houma, LA
Agency Bill & Direct Bill Renewal Processing (Quotes, Binding, Invoicing, Binders, & Policy Checking/Delivery) according to agency workflows.
Assist clients with applications, cancellation notices/non-renewals, driving record changes, and understanding of general changes on renewals. Requote/Rewrite policies as needed.
Policy changes/endorsements
Quote & bind policies for existing clients.
Assist/Direct customers with claims.
Follow workflow procedures - including suspense follow-ups, activity & doc-type requirements
Set up new accounts & submissions for new customers, if assistance is needed by producer(s).
Assist others when work is current.
Any other duties assigned.
- Must have minimum of 2 years' experience in independent agency
- Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements background check, drug screen, physical, etc.)
- Must have P&C License
- Must have reliable transportation
