We are currently seeking a highly organized and compassionate Patient Coordinator to join our growing practice in Richmond, VA.

Job Description: As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the face of our practice, responsible for managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations. Your role is critical in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining the efficiency of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collect and update patient information and insurance details.
  • Coordinate patient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle billing and payment processes accurately.
  • Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
  • Communicate effectively with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care.

Schedule:

Mon - Thursday | 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

1 Friday per month 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
