Store Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wireless sales, retail management, and a passion for providing top-notch customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and support to drive performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets
- Recruit, onboard, and train new employees to ensure a knowledgeable and motivated team
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels
- Uphold store standards for cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions on pricing, promotions, and product offerings
