Job Description
Chief Program Officer-Aberdeen, MD
Reports to: President & CEO
Position Summary:
The Chief Program Officer (CPO) is a key member of the executive
leadership team, responsible for the strategic leadership, management
and coordination of all programmatic activities and related supporting
services. The CPO is also responsible for ensuring cross-coordination
between programs and other departments. The CPO will lead the
development and implementation of innovative programs and services that
align with the organization's mission and core values.
Qualifications
100% On-site role

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in program management, with at least five (5) years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of disability services, including best practices, regulations, and funding streams.
• Experience with program development, evaluation, and quality improvement processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
