Stealth is Hiring an Associate Attorney Near Syracuse, NY
Our Upstate NY office is seeking motivated and skilled Associate Attorneys to join our dynamic Toxic Tort and General Liability departments. We have multiple openings and are looking for candidates who are eager to advance their careers in civil defense litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in civil defense litigation cases.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of New York.
- Minimum of one year of experience in civil defense litigation.
- Completion of a judicial clerkship is highly preferred.
