We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex commercial litigation matters and a proven track record of success. This role requires excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all phases of commercial litigation, including pre-trial motions, discovery, trial, and appeals.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on a wide range of commercial disputes, including contract disputes, business torts, and other complex litigation matters.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Illinois State Bar.
• 2 years of experience in commercial litigation, preferably with a focus on complex cases.
