We are looking for a Insurance Defense Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense, excellent legal research and writing skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all phases of insurance defense litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, trials, and appeals.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients and communicate effectively with insurance adjusters, clients, and opposing counsel.
• Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
