A multi-specialty mid-sized law firm headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, is actively seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join its sophisticated and expanding civil litigation practice. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to engage in diverse litigation matters, collaborate directly with clients, and contribute to the resolution of complex legal disputes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and alternative dispute resolution forums.
• Manage discovery processes, including document production and deposition preparation.
• Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• 5–7 years of prior litigation experience, preferably in complex commercial disputes, employment litigation, and/or real estate disputes.
• Admission to practice law in Virginia.
