As a Litigation Attorney in our Newark NJ office, you will be responsible for representing clients in all stages of personal injury litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, attending hearings, and participating in trials. You will work closely with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies
• Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial proceedings

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the NJ Bar
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
