Stealth is Hiring a Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff) Near Newark, NJ

As a Mid-Level Litigation Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in our firm, handling a diverse caseload and representing plaintiffs in complex litigation cases. You will work closely with senior attorneys and support staff, engage in all aspects of litigation, and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent plaintiffs in complex litigation matters including civil rights, class actions, commercial litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, product liability, and other commercial disputes.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Participate in all stages of litigation, from pre-trial discovery to trial proceedings.
  • Engage in depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New Jersey Bar; additional admissions a plus.
  • 3 years of litigation experience, with a focus on plaintiff-side representation in complex litigation.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
