Stealth is Hiring a Litigation Paralegal Near Hackensack, NJ

As a Litigation Paralegal, you will support our attorneys in all phases of litigation, from inception through trial. Your role will be critical in ensuring the efficient and effective handling of cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law, statutes, and regulations.
  • Organize and maintain case files, including electronic document management.
  • Prepare and manage discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and subpoenas.
  • Coordinate and manage communication with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications:

  • Paralegal certification or degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in insurance defense.
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court rules, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
