We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Real Estate Attorney to join our team in our Boston, MA office. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all real estate closings for our firm across all three locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all real estate closings, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
• Prepare and review all necessary legal documents related to real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, deeds, and closing disclosures.
• Conduct thorough title searches and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the closing process.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients regarding real estate transactions and related matters.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire (or willingness to obtain licensure in NH).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on real estate closings.
• Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
