Position: Cleaning Technician - Flooring (Tile and Carpet)

Days: Monday thru Friday some weekends

Pay: Hourly w/commission.

What do I have to do:

*Day to day duties such as: Driving the van, being able to identify the right tools and chemistry needed for the job. Setting up and take down of equipment and dealing with customers and be able to provide excellent customer service.

*Clean carpet, tile and upholstery using truck mounted equipment as well as portable, as this will be part of your day to day duties.

*Be pleasant and have a good manor with customers.

*Keep the trucks clean, organized and stocked.

*Write invoices for each job and document with photos.

*If you have prior floor or carpet cleaning experience it definitely a plus. Being able to run a truck mounted machine is a big plus.

Requirements:

*Have a current and valid driver's license, with a clean record and be able to drive a commercial van.

*Be able to be active. Walking, lifting, bending, pushing and pulling equipment.

*Must be able to lift/carry equipment 45 lbs. more or less.

*Be able to pass a background check.

*Have reliable transportation to and from work.

*Be willing to learn new skills.

*Have a cell phone used for navigation and using a moble app.
