Responsible for maintaining accounts receivable, payable and general accounting duties for operations.

• Perform data entry tasks for accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Reconciling accounts receivable to source documents and other reporting systems
• Record accounts payable with vendor invoices
• Match payables with purchase orders and receipts
• Process customer billing statements
• Follow up with customer collections
• Analyze customer returns with vendor credits
• Monitor customer refunds with customer pay-outs
• Other related duties as may be assigned

Experience Required:

• Working knowledge of QuickBooks Premier
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Possess and exhibit integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Experience with parts inventory systems a plus!
