Steel City Harley-Davidson, Southwestern Pennsylvania’s premier motorcycle dealer, has immediate openings for a full-time Retail Apparel Sales Professional. This position will provide you with a dynamic place to work, opportunities for advancement, and a long-term career.

This position is clearly focused on all levels of customer service - both on the showroom floor and at the retail counter. An effective team member takes customer service to the next level by facilitating all aspects of customer interaction with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Necessary Skills

• Must love fashion, riding gear and motorcycles. You can't be an effective team member if you don't love the subject matter!
• You must want to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Must get excited about and want to learn about a combination of motorcycle gear and motorcycle riding.
• Must be detail oriented, proactive, and conscientious with a commitment to self-improvement.
• Must be an excellent, polished communicator with customers.
• Must like people! We help riders every day. All day. If you don't like people, you won't like this industry.

You must be able to work weekends and holidays throughout the year. An outgoing personality with a positive attitude is a must!

We will train you in everything, through Harley-Davidson's online training portal, as well as through hands-on sales floor experiences.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
