We are a construction company looking for a motivated, bilingual administrative assistant who likes to work in a fast paced, busy environment who will assist office personnel with a multitude of daily tasks. We are willing to train the right person for the job. Some duties include;
making sure field crews have the most current plans for projects on site and on ipads.
Downloading, filing and printing blue prints for construction projects.
Sorting emails for projects and estimates.
Maintaining job files and records.
Tracking bid information and due dates for projects .
Completing and submitting certified payroll reports.
as well as other tasks as needed.
