We are seeking a skilled and experienced Distiller to join our team. As a Distiller, you will be responsible for producing high-quality spirits through the distillation process. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of distilling techniques, mechanical aptitude, and a passion for craft beverages.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain distillation equipment, including stills, boilers, and condensers
- Monitor and control the distillation process to ensure product quality and consistency
- Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on distillation equipment
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitization of equipment and production areas
- Assist with brewing, packaging, and fabricating as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Distiller or in a similar role within the beverage industry
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Familiarity with CGMP guidelines and food safety practices
- Knowledge of brewing processes is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
