We are looking for a highly motivated, organized individual with a great attitude and work ethic to join our team to support the customer service and sales operations of our company. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Answering support phone calls in a pleasant and professional manner, gathering information to assist our customers.
• Accurately enter customer contact information and route inbound customer calls to customer service sales representatives.
• Routing inbound customer voice mails, emails, texts, and appointments within the department.
• Assisting customers with final balances, coordinating with third-party vendors and facilitating delivery scheduling.
• Credit card processing of sales invoices and COD balances.
• Organizing and maintaining customer account files for new sales and post-delivery orders.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications but not Required:

• Previous administrative experience.
• Experience with a Customer Management Relationship (CRM) software program.
• Call center experience answering phones and transferring calls while entering customer data.
