Sales Business Development Representative

Hourly rate plus pre-determined commission - Full-time
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for encouraging new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. This role offers a great opportunity for growth and development in the sales field. This is a full-time position that provides health, dental, and vision benefits, 401K, and all major holidays off! This role has a base hourly pay plus pre-determined commission pay.
Responsibilities include:
● Facilitating follow-up on internet leads by calling, texting, and emailing a customer in a timely manner
● Conducting outbound communication on new and pre-owned vehicle inquiries
● Projecting a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from customers, and providing general or related vehicle information
● Scheduling appointments with interested buyers
● Contacting customers for retention and loyalty opportunities (e.g. lease returns)
● Following up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or don’t show up
● Accurately gathering, entering, and utilizing customer data within a specified computer program (CRM)
Qualifications:
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Computer literacy, organizational skills, and attention to detail
● People skills or customer service experience
● Ability to Multitask and work both independently and collaboratively
● The employee must be onsite to perform job duties

Pay: $31,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
