```Duties:```
- Perform property maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep of buildings and equipment
- Drive a company van to various locations for service calls
- Design and implement solutions for mechanical issues and equipment repair
- Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair refrigeration systems
- Weld and fabricate components as needed for equipment repair
- Boil and treat water systems as required

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field is preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
