• Answer Phone Calls
• Schedule Appointments
• Answer any questions regarding rentals availability, length of time required for repair, and prices on services.
• Knowledge of the Service Department- be conscientious of scheduling evenly to prevent over booking or lack of work.
• Follow up on parts- Contact customers for parts that were backordered from previous weeks/months that have now arrived.
• Assist with other daily duties needed in the Service Department
• Mail out appointment reminders
• On the job training is available

Pay: $600.00 - $640.00 per week

• Auto estimating: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
