Stefanini is looking for a Contract Analyst to join our organization to help manage our contract management and sales operations teams. The successful candidate will be a bright, hardworking individual who demonstrates superb work ethic and reliability and possesses excellent grammar, interpersonal, and prioritization skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Filing all agreements in contract library using specific nomenclature
- Running contract comparisons and highlighting changes
- Affixing signature to approved agreements
- Salesforce database updates
- Proposal reviews for compliance purposes
- Workfront updates
Required Skills
- Data entry experience required
- Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrate superb work ethic and reliability
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word
