Job Role and Summary

Stella’s Ice Cream is hiring a full-time Regional Manager to oversee the operations of our corporate stores in the Idaho market. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to work closely with the corporate team of Stella’s Ice Cream as the company embarks on its next stage of major growth. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, passionate about operations, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You'll bring your enthusiasm for ice cream and your strong business acumen to create an environment that enables stores to achieve their highest potential.To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in managing multiple retail outlets, preferably in the food or beverage industry, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service

The Regional Manager will report directly to the CEO. The Regional Manager’s primary responsibility is to oversee all store manager's and the success of their assigned ice cream shops. The Regional Manager will oversee logistics, staff performance and happiness, scheduling and labor, quality of product, store profitability, store aesthetics and customer service.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train, coach, supervise and provide support to assigned managers to achieve store metrics

• Ensure successful rollout of new products, systems, practices and policies

• Communicate regularly with team members

• Work with HR to ensure all company policies are being followed

• Responsible for hiring store managers, assistant managers and staff as well as evaluating their performance

• Analyze manager performance and provide feedback, guidance, training and encouragement

• Provide operational solutions to issues that arise in the stores

• Assist manager with order placement and delivery coordination

• Assist in monitoring overall customer experience

• Assist manager with health department inspections and preparation

• Spend regular time in stores in order to fine-tune processes and keep tabs on employees

Assume leadership role in stores where a manager is not present

Deposit cash bags and balance and replenish store safes weekly

Create store goal achievement reports and report progress to the owners of the business

Prepare and hold regular meetings with store managers for training and evaluation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, but not required.
• 2 years of experience in a multi-unit manager or area manager position preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google-suite tools
• Proficient in all social media platforms
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to train and coach team members of all levels
• Proven ability to lead and motivate employees
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Able to push/pull 50 lbs of weight
• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Able to repeatedly bend over
