**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Scribe to join our team. As a Medical Scribe, you will play a crucial role in assisting healthcare providers with accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters. **Responsibilities:**

- physician-dictated notes accurately and efficiently

- patient history and physical exams

- medical documentation in electronic health records (EHR) system

- healthcare providers with charting during patient visits

- medical records and data entry tasks

- physicians in various clinical settings such as the ER

**Qualifications:**

- Solid understanding of and

- CPMS - Required - Familiar with Athena

- Proficiency in typing and familiarity with

- Previous experience in a setting is preferred

- Ability to accurately medical information in real-time

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Knowledge of practices and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
