A well-established client of ours is seeking talented individuals to join their team. With multiple locations across the United States, this equipment firm is dedicated to helping their customers complete their projects efficiently and safely.

Position Details:

• Role: Commercial Construction Credit Analyst 
• Type: Contract to Hire
• Location: Phoenix/Tempe border
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexible shifts (5-2, 6-3, 7-4, or 8-5)
• Work Arrangement: 100% in-office during contract period; up to two days from home post-permanent hire
• Pay: $26-34/hr DOE, with potential for higher pay for qualified candidates
• Start Date: ASAP, contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen
• Software Used: AS400 and Excel

• Interviewers: Credit Manager and possibly the Director of Credit, Collections, and Cash Apps

Job Duties:

• Input information into the company scoring system
• Interpret results to make credit decisions
• Partner with Sales and Operations for quick account decisions
• Perform credit due diligence upon receipt of credit applications
• Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
• Occasional travel (up to 4 times per year)

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in credit, preferably within construction, equipment, or supply house industries
• No banking or aviation experience
• Project management or job costing experience is a plus
