ABOUT THE PRINCIPAL PROGRAM LEAD AT STELLAR ELEMENTS

The Principal Program Lead will report to the Global Telco Practice lead within Stellar Global Program Service Line and is responsible for directing and managing large, complex programs and projects from discovery to full solution adoption, operationalization, and stabilization. This role will provide leadership, guidance, and oversight of all initiative activities to enable maximum value throughout the project lifecycle.

The Principal Program Lead will be responsible for providing both a process and set of tools to define the project's goal, plan the work to reach the goal, lead the project and support teams, and monitor progress towards expected results.

Essential Functions:
  • Leads cross functional delivery and execution of company delivery programs and projects.
  • Plans, manages, and tracks all services activities for an account while ensuring that there is holistic control and balance.
  • Manages the overall program scope and ensures that it is aligned with the business' strategic objectives. Sets the program's plan and priorities, ensures optimization, and resolves conflicts to enhance the effectiveness of the business' results and strategic targets.
  • Manages overall program delivery and ensures achievement of program goals/outcomes that drive business value.
  • Builds, manages, and maintains strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Builds a partnership with the CBE and relevant customer stakeholders to promote continuous growth, while ensuring daily "business as usual" operations
  • Regular upward communication and relevant escalation to Telco Practice line and executive management with recommended solutions.
  • Generates executive update content for Executive Sponsors and Steering Committee.
  • Governs and resolves risks as well as the most complex issues effecting program delivery across the different content disciplines (e.g., SW development, SW Testing, Infrastructure for SW development programs other corporate domains in other cases)
  • Tracks and reports on team assignments, utilization, budget, and actuals.
  • Works with other service lines leads (Design, Technology, Infra, operations) to successfully deliver the program.
  • Understands customers' strategic needs and business environment and works with CBE to create new business opportunities.
  • Monitors and reports project status for budget, schedule, risks, issues, and project change requests.
Experience:
  • (A plus if you have) 15 years of experience in Amdocs program management domain, ideally with a minimum of 10 years of Project Management and project management experience in Amdocs units (example CSU/SI Services).
  • 10 years' experience in project management roles (such as Program Manager, CDM, COM, Program Directors, CEM).
  • Experience in customer facing activities.
  • Experience in managing projects with a global setup (multi-country, multi-time zones).
  • Experience in operating within a complex, multi-interface environment.
