Technology AspectTo establish a clear duty of care, Stellar Virtual and its affiliates require all employees to cover the costs associated with acquiring and providing the equipment (i.e., computers, internet service, telephone, home office setup, etc.) associated with virtual employment.

Statement of Work

• Ensure a seamless transition for students from registration approval to their first log in by coordinating all necessary steps.
• Work closely with relevant teams to streamline and enhance processes related to enrollment, document submission, and system access.
• Organize and host comprehensive Parent Orientation Sessions to familiarize parents with the school’s systems, processes, and expectations.
• Ensure all new students receive a welcome call to introduce them to the school and address any initial questions or concerns.
• Verify and update all initial contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers, to ensure accurate and reliable communication.
• Handle initial password resets for new students to ensure they can access all necessary systems and resources.
• Implement and complete the Student Onboarding Checklist to ensure all necessary steps are followed for successful student onboarding.
• Implement and complete the Parent Onboarding Checklist to ensure parents are well-informed and prepared.
• Confirm the initial Genius login date and follow up with families to ensure successful login.
• Confirm initial Gmail login for students and follow up with those who have not logged in to provide necessary support.

Education & Certification Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. 
• Previous experience in a similar, virtual environment is preferred but not required.

Contract Position Details

• This is a contract position (1099-SE, Self-Employed) with no set hours. 
• Contractors will work remotely from their locations.
• Contractors are paid on an hourly, month-to-month basis, paid out on the 15th of each month, for hours worked in the previous month.
