Provide technical support, guidance, and expertise for all phases of instrumentation predictive maintenance lifecycle, including project scope, engineering, implementation, and optimization.
Install, Support, maintain Instrumentation predictive maintenance solutions across multiple sites.
Support the implementation of modern document management solutions for instruments and equipment on a corporate scale
System Life Planning, which can include but not limited to the development and implementation of a migration plan from one predictive maintenance program platform to another.
Act as a technical resource and administrator for process data historian instances for US and foreign-based manufacturing facilities
Provide technical support and act as the liaison between various IT departments such as IT security, networking and infrastructure teams, and manufacturing site personnel on projects related to the digital transformation efforts
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the predictive maintenance program for all the manufacturing facilities across the company as a IT/OT technical resource.
Work closely with manufacturing units and reliability engineers to define predictive maintenance application cases and support their implementation. Maintain OT servers in compliance by applying windows patches and software hotfixes.
Develop knowledge of existing processes to identify process control improvement opportunities.
Work with multi-disciplined teams to design, develop and implement solutions for manufacturing processes.
Support development of key performance indicators by leveraging automation knowledge and being a technical resource for both manufacturing and MES/ERP teams.
Leverage Six Sigma techniques to improve process performance and efficiency.
Act as a remote resource to reliability engineers for any general questions, technical support or vendor support requests.

Reports to: OT/IT Business Manager
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical, refinery, or energy manufacturing processes
Working knowledge of Process Control systems in a manufacturing environment
Experience with DCS programming and process information management, preferably DeltaV
Working knowledge of DeltaV, AMS, Instrumentation, and equipment predictive maintenance technology.
Working knowledge of networking, firewall, cybersecurity skills.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
Experience in digital transformation for chemical process control and instrumentation highly preferred
3 years of experience with OT or digital transformation initiatives for chemical process control and instrumentation.
