ResponsibilitiesJob Description
- Associate will perform Correspondence Processing/Imaging functions within Mail Operations.
- Candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as be detailed oriented.
- Position will require the review and assessment of client instructions and related inquiries.
- Candidate must be familiar with workflow models and be able to multitask.
- Associates degree or equivalent experience in imaging services or records management Experience with electronic documents in a financial environment is a plus
- A minimum of 45 wpm typing Knowledge of scanning equipment
- Proficiency in a range of computer software applications, including programs and databases such as, MSWord, Excel, and Ascent Capture
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in handling a number of projects simultaneously
- Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines
- Must have attention to detail
- Strong communication (written and oral) skills
- Flexibility to work additional hours as necessary
