(Not required, but a huge plus. ) Job Description: -Architects on the team do code from time to time and must be well versed in Java and Spring boot. -Must have 3 year of architecture experience and 10 years overall as a Java Developer. Must be in architect role now. -Must have Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, API's. -Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS) Kubernetes service that uses to run Kubernetes in the AWS cloud and on-premises data centers. Kubernetes itself would be a bare minimum requirement. AWS-Must be smart enough to know how to give recommendations on how to use it, and the ability to modernize with future growth in mind. (Ability to understand Infrastructure to work with external vendors) Example of infrastructure experience would be consuming new microservices and having the ability to assess those would be able to come through the firewall and internal devices and systems/. (Not required, but a huge plus) Job Summary Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications using Java and related technologies. leveraging your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kubernetes, and Cloud technologies. Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions to meet the complex requirements of the platforms. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Drive architectural decisions and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle. Design and implement cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes and other cloud technologies to ensure scalability, reliability, and security. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance the capabilities of our fintech platform. Mentor and coach junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Java Architect designing and developing complex, enterprise-scale applications. Strong proficiency in Java programming language and Spring Boot framework. Extensive experience with Microservices architecture and design patterns. Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes. In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Experience in the fintech industry or related domains is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
