We are seeking a highly skilled White Glove, Level 3 Help Desk Support professional to provide top-tier technical assistance and exceptional customer service in Stamford, CT, and Shelton, CT. This role is perfect for an individual with strong communication skills and the ability to interface effectively with executive-level clients, offering personalized and high-touch support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced support for Citrix and Microsoft 365 environments. Manage and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and Macs. Offer expert support for video conferencing systems and ensure smooth meeting setups and operations. Deliver exceptional, personalized technical support to executive clients, including handling high-pressure situations with poise and efficiency. Maintain flexibility to be available occasionally for early morning or late evening support.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a high-level help desk or technical support role. Expertise with Citrix and Microsoft 365. Proficiency in supporting laptops, desktops, and Mac systems. Strong experience with video conferencing technologies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in engaging with executives. Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver superior customer service.
