Stelvio are working on behalf of a technology company that are market leaders in their field to find them a Digital Project Manager to manage a team of 6 digital professional both onshore and offshore. working on the cloud-based Platform on a suite of their products that provide safe, secure, contactless payment experiences, designed to bring convenience, safety and operational efficiency. Their platform is operational efficiencies across all 50 states.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, content creators, and UI/UX designers, to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. This role requires someone with attention to detail and strong technical background.
As a Digital Project Manager you will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead and manage digital content production projects from conception to completion.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, and schedules.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Ensure the alignment of project objectives with company goals and customer expectations.
- Communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders regularly.
- Manage and resolve project-related issues effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
The Ideal Digital Project should have the following qualifications:
- Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a digital content production or software development environment.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical background and experience working with Android-based devices.
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master certification.
- Understanding of software project management and development lifecycle.
- Organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
It would be preferred if the Digital Project Manager had the following qualifications:
- Background in software development or user experience (UX) design.
- Software development experience is a plus.
- Working with interactive technologies in a customer-facing environment.
