Entry Level Sales Representative

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 ( 7.5% bonus)

Stelvio Group are pleased to be recruiting an Entry-Level Sales Representative for a fast-growing insurance company based in Philadelphia, PA. This is an onsite position, in which the successful candidate would need to be able to commute to the office location 5 days a week to be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to identify, qualify and close prospective leads.
• Responsible for managing a specific area or region to target consumers.
• Ability to build long-term professional relationships with both consumers and financial advisors.
• Educating consumers and advisors about the benefits of a life settlement.
• Responsible for purchasing life insurance policies from potential consumers.
• Working closely between departments to decide what policies are worth purchasing.
• Given a pipeline of interested consumers to work through.
• Calling consumers (this isn’t the majority of the role as you will be given warm leads).

Requirements:

• Competitive, self-motivated, energetic and eager to learn.
• Exceptional communication skills and a team player mentality.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required (GPA 3.2).
• An insatiable hunger for growth.
• Spanish speaking is a huge bonus!
