STEM Talent Solutions is Hiring a Site Project Manager - Industrial Near Cincinnati, OH
Job DescriptionSite Manager to work with design team, customer's engineering/maintenance personnel, and contractors as part of project specific teams. Team size varies depending on project size and complexity.
Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Daily presence at site – willing to travel and relocate temporarily for the project
Management of Contractors including Mechanical, Electrical, Controls and Specialty Contractors
Daily reporting of activities including daily log and pictures
Managing RFI's, changes, submittals, and all related construction documents
Assist in the development and management of schedules.
Assist in the management of budgets.
Documentation, ability to read prints.
Management of commissioning, training, and project close-out.
Build rapport and communication with the end-client.
Qualifications5 - 15 years’ experience.
Experience with the management of contractors and teams.
Willing to travel to job sites.
Understanding of the design process.
