The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and operations processes, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to drive system improvements and efficiencies. Key Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvements using Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Assist in the implementation of D365, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Design and implement Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions to meet business needs.
Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to align with business requirements.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the system.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and recommend best practices.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Strong understanding of finance and operations processes and best practices.
Proven experience in implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of agile methodology, with the ability to work within an agile framework.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
