The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and operations processes, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to drive system improvements and efficiencies.

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvements using Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Assist in the implementation of D365, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Design and implement Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions to meet business needs.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to align with business requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the system.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and recommend best practices.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Strong understanding of finance and operations processes and best practices.
- Proven experience in implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of agile methodology, with the ability to work within an agile framework.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
