Need LinkedInClient is in need of an Epicor specialist to be a leader and aid with ticket resolution, as well as new project development guidance, in order to grow their internal Epicor knowledge base, while continuing to advance and optimize their global manufacturing and distribution operations. The ideal candidate has proven experience implementing and supporting Epicor Kinetic, specifically ARM (Advanced Requsition Management) and FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) modules in an increasingly complex global manufacturing and supply chain distribution network.Day To Day Responsibilities

- Chiefly responsible for the improvement of day-to-day operation, security, reporting, and maintenance of the Epicor Kinetic ERP system to ensure consistent and reliable performance.
- Build and maintain reports, customize reports and dashboards
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP related issues and manage IT Help Desk Support requests related to the Epicor Kinetic
- Develop and implement processes, procedures, and group training on ERP functions.
- Strong computer literacy skills and proficiency in Epicor/Kinetic ERP Systems
- Solid understanding of serialization and tracking (challenge area at the moment)
- Knowledge of both Financials and Manufacturing business workflows strongly preferred.
