Job Description:CANDIDATES NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN BANKING M&A (MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS). THIS IS A PROGRAM MANAGER WITH SOME DELIVERY EXPERIENCE OVER MERGERS AS THEY HAVE ACQUIRED TWO OTHER BANKS RECENTLY.

- We need: A senior Program Manager with Banking experience and Program Budget Management experience along with Project Plan & Road mapping (Capital Edge a ).

Key Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management:
- Lead and manage multiple IT programs concurrently, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop comprehensive program plans and roadmaps to guide project execution and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize program performance and deliverables.
- Program Budget Management:
- Oversee program budgets and expenditures, ensuring accurate forecasting and allocation of resources.
- Monitor financial performance against budgetary targets and take proactive measures to address variances.
- Project Plan & Roadmapping (Capital Edge a ):
- Develop detailed project plans and roadmaps, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Utilize Capital Edge and other relevant tools to facilitate project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Status Reporting (Strong PowerPoint):
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive status reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting project progress, risks, and issues.
- Utilize strong PowerPoint skills to create visually engaging and informative presentations that effectively communicate project status and key metrics.
- Process Design & Implementation:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within IT programs and projects.
- Design and implement efficient processes and workflows to streamline project execution and enhance overall productivity.
- Gap Analysis:
- Conduct thorough gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current and desired states within IT programs and processes.
- Develop strategies and recommendations to address identified gaps and drive continuous improvement.
- Efficiency Ratio and Analysis:
- Analyze program and project performance metrics to assess efficiency ratios and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency and maximize project outcomes.
- Communication and Training:
- Foster open communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate stakeholders on project methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in IT program management, with a minimum of [X] years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in program budget management, project planning, and status reporting.
- Experience with Capital Edge or similar project management tools is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in process design, gap analysis, and efficiency analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of driving results and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) are a plus.
