- – AI Project Manager
- This is with data and integrations team – specific to AI projects internally – internal folks currently using ChatGPT, using functionality and within Trustmark in a secure manner – AI capabilities within Trustmark
- Project: Building in-house chat GPT – experience in AI projects in general, enough to know and represent AI at AI counsel
- Helpful if we find someone who’s worked in generative AI, Azure
- Change management and roll out – soft skills will be critical
- IT partners on this part are very IT focused – soft skills very important
Desired Outcome (Future State) Following Are The Proposed Outcomes Of This Initiative
- AI Enable existing Trustmark Business Applications (Dynamics)
- Enhance Associate productivity by enabling Copilot in Microsoft Office 365 and other productivity tools
- Implement a Trustmark Chat solution with Azure Open AI services that enhances productivity, scalability, creativity, reduces manual tasks and promotes customer service.
- Implement Github Copilot to enable AI capabilities that enhance developer productivity.
- Mature Responsible AI processes that must encompass assessments for model explain-ability, robustness, bias, fairness, and transparency.
- Enablement of AI capabilities in Microsoft Office 365 products like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other office productivity tools
- Implement Azure Open AI Services for Trustmark Associates:
- Azure Open AI/Conversational AI service- enables similar functionality like ChatGPT that is designed for Trustmark
- Azure Open AI/Content Creation - boosts productivity of Content creation for creative ideation, design and Image generation
- Github Copilot - AI based code generation tool enables faster code development resulting in productivity gains and reduced development costs
Enable native AI Capabilities embedded in current platforms in Trustmark:
- Enablement of AI capabilities such as integrated chat bots in business applications leveraging platforms like Dynamics, Salesforce and Workday
Setup Responsible AI Controls
- Set up best practices, processes, procedures, and safeguards for a Responsible AI system while adopting a holistic approach to manage and maintain AI capabilities.
- Strong Technical Knowledge AI productivity tools
- Experience managing projects involving high degree of technology and have prior experience managing application development in azure Cloud.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are very important for this role, as this project requires coordinating and communication with stakeholders across all BUs and Shared Services.
- Experience working on generative AI projects
