IAM Transformation Program ManagerPosition Overview: As the IAM Transformation Program Manager, you will oversee the complete overhaul of our current Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. This role demands a strategic leader with extensive experience in IAM, program management, and transformation projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of this high-stakes initiative, aligning it with our business goals and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the IAM Transformation Program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the replacement of legacy IAM tools, managing the transition to new products such as CyberArk & Hashicorp, advanced systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and business units, to drive project success.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the program team.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale IAM transformation projects.
- Senior-level program management experience, ideally at the Director level.
- In-depth understanding of IAM principles, practices, and technologies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a financial services or highly regulated environment is preferred.
